 Our spacious accommodation has individual kennels, each having its own elevated window and outside run. Your dog will be free to move indoors and outside to its run throughout the day. |
|

|
|
|
Kennels are heated during the colder days and well-ventilated during the summer.
During the summer, the outside kennels are also used.
|
|
|
|
|
|
We will only ever run dogs from the same household together at one time.
|
|
 Many dogs now come in to the kennels for their grooming. Yvonne, with a wealth of knowledge, can clip any breed, whether it is for a show or a tidy up. Please give us a call to discuss the price for your dog and I can assure you that the rates are very reasonable. We are also able to wash your dogs at any time. Maybe you are unable to groom your own dogs and we can help with this. Rupert, the Newfoundland, would come to us every 6 weeks and we would brush his coat right out. He was prone to matted hair and this would be kept under control by his regular visits.

All dogs will be covered by the general conditions of the Pet Plan Insurance Scheme whilst in our care. This does not cover a recurrence of an existing ailment and vet fees, in this instance, would be charged accordingly. Should your pet require medical attention we will, if possible, contact your dog's usual vet. However, in an emergency, we reserve the right to call our own vet. |

Protection against kennel cough is recommended. If INTRAC is being used, this should be given at least 7 days prior to boarding. |
|
|
Payment can be made by cash or cheque upon arrival or departure. Cheques only accepted up to valid card limit. |
|
  This service is available for those owners unable to transport their dogs themselves. An additional charge will be levied for this service. Please ask for further details. |

 If you do not collect your dog within 2 weeks of agreed date of departure and we do not hear from you during this time, we reserve the right to rehome the dog as we think fit. |
|
|
Vet-bed and blankets are provided in all our kennels but we would encourage you to bring something that belongs to your own dog as this can help them to settle in. However, should they decide to destroy their bedding, we cannot accept responsibility for the damage. |
|
|
Tablets and medication can be administered free of charge. We welcome dogs of all breeds and all ages, including puppies.
|
|
|
We want you to leave your dogs knowing that they will always receive our personal care and attention and will be happy in the safe and stimulating environment called "Conifer Lodge Kennels".

H Having moved into the kennels in March 2005 we are continually striving to improve and update them. This will obviously be an ongoing process and we apologise for any inconvenience whilst these improvements are being done. More and more people are asking for training whilst
their dog is boarding with us. Please let us know if this is of interest to you as we can work with your dog whilst you are away and resolve
any problems ready for your return. |

In addition to their individual runs, all dogs will be exercised daily
within our secure fields. Dogs will have the chance to run freely
and are stimulated by a variety of toys.
Toys and chews will be provided for your dog and a further choice is
available in our onsite shop.
